300 gms fish, 1 tbsp oil, ¾ tsp jeera,
3-4 laung, 1 moti illaichi, 1 dalchini,
1 bay leaf, ¼ tsp ginger paste,3-4 green chillies-chopped
¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder,
1 ½ tsp saunf, ½ tsp sonth, ½ tsp haldi,
1 ½ cups thick curd- well beaten
1. Heat oil. Add jeera & all the whole garam masalas- laung, moti illaichi, dalchini
and bay leaf. When jeera turns light golden add hing. Stir fry for a few seconds.
2. Add ginger paste and green chillies. Fry for ½ minute.
3. Reduce heat. Add all seasonings and curd. Keep stirring till it boils.
4. Add fish. Cover with a tight lid. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from fire.
Sprinkle some garam masala and amchoor. Serve hot.
